Cognition and delirium for older adults with cancer

COSA's Geriatric Oncology Executive Group partnered with CNSA's Older Persons with Cancer Specialist Practice Network (OPC SPN) to present this webinar: 'Cognition and delirium for older adults with cancer'

This webinar considered how cancer professionals can assess cognition, consider its potential impacts for cancer care, and how we can integrate systems to better optimise cognition in our practice. It also considered acute cognitive issues due to delirium and implications for the cancer patient.

Dr Annmarie Hosie

PhD, RN, MACN is Associate Professor, Palliative Care Nursing, University of Notre Dame Australia and St Vincent’s Health Network Sydney; and Adjunct Associate Professor, University of Technology Sydney. Her research focus is on optimising care, function and quality of life of older people with advanced illness.
