Models of care to support older people with cancer

COSA's Geriatric Oncology Executive Group partnered with CNSA's Older Persons with Cancer Specialist Practice Network (OPC SPN) to present its first webinar in a three part series 'Models of care to support older people with cancer'. During this interactive webinar, we heard from geriatric oncology experts about the various models of care that can be embedded into practice to improve outcomes for older adults with cancer.
