Overview
COSA members formed the Nutrition Group as the primary national multidisciplinary forum for health professionals with specific expertise and interest in nutrition and cancer.
The aim of the Group is to raise awareness of the role of nutrition in cancer care services and promote an evidence-based approach to the management of nutrition for people with cancer.
Core functions of the Group include advocating for nutrition in relevant national policy documents, contribution to and leadership of clinical guideline development and to facilitate education and research opportunities for members.
The Nutrition Group Executive Committee represent oncology nutrition experts across clinical, research, education and public health sectors.
We warmly welcome professionals from all discipline areas with an interest in nutrition to get involved with our group.
